Colorectal Cancer

Colorectal Cancer Professional Education Project

In partnership with the American Cancer Society, Eastern Division, the Academy of Family Physicians is offering physician training and education on identifying patients at increased risk for colon cancer and strategies to improve overall patient compliance with colon cancer screening recommendations. Family Physicians from around the state can receive training and, if they wish, can also become faculty trainers for this New York State Health Department grant-funded project.
