Student Externship Available
Dear NYS Academy of Family Physicians Student Member:
We have been advised by the American Academy of Family Physicians/Foundation that we will receive one Matching grant of $1,250.00 to help support the NYSAFP’s 2011 Student Externship Program. The grant award will match $1,250.00 provided by the NYSAFP/Foundation.
The grant award is intended to support $2,000.00 for the medical student’s stipend and up to $500.00 for the mentor’s participation.
