 MINI-FELLOWSHIP IN CHILD AND ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH 2014

 
For Upstate PCPs:
ROCHESTER: Thursday April 3, Friday April 4, Saturday April 5
BUFFALO: Thursday May 15, Friday May 16, Saturday May 17

For Downstate PCPs:
NORTH SHORE/LIJ: Sunday August 10, Monday August 11, Tuesday August 12

CAP PC (Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for Primary Care) is a collaboration between the child psychiatry divisions at the University at Buffalo, Columbia University, North Shore University/LIJ, University of Rochester, and SUNY Upstate. The Mini-Fellowship Program offers:
  • Up to 28 hours of CME in assessing and managing common mental health problems In children and adolescents
  • At no charge to PCPs
  • 16 hours of education over 3 day training
  • Follow up for 6 months with biweekly case based conference calls
